- 2 bundles water spinach (kangkong) washed and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbpn cooking oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Ingredients:Wash the water spinach thoroughly and chop it into manageable pieces.Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic. Chop the onion as well. Sauté the Aromatics:Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until aromatic and slightly golden, then add the onions. Cook until the onions turn translucent. Cook the Pork:Add the sliced pork belly to the pan. Stir and cook until the pork pieces turn light brown and start to render fat. Season the Dish:Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce.
